Product Advantages
No need to purchase a separate labeling machine; paired with a label feeder on the placement machine, barcode label application is achieved. Strong material compatibility: roll materials such as paper labels, FPC stiffeners, various Mylar tapes, foam, dust-proof mesh, and high-temperature tape can all use the label feeder. Strong size compatibility: one label feeder handles all sizes up to the maximum, supporting single or multiple rows for maximum machine utilization.
Technical Features
High-precision fiber optic sensors detect label position to ensure feeding accuracy. Stepper motor drive ensures stable and reliable operation. The anti-stick receiving platform prevents label adhesion. Supports inline and automatic modes for flexible, convenient operation.
Flip-Cover Design
The flip-cover peeling plate enables the fastest material change; vacuum-hole suction steadily increases tape tension, allowing highly adhesive materials to peel successfully. Sliding side guides let one feeder handle more width sizes; the magnetic press cover with adjustable height screws accommodates smooth passage of different material thicknesses.
Fine-Hole Fiber Optic Receiving Platform
The fine-hole fiber optic platform has a smoother surface than slotted platforms. The highly anti-stick silicone pad ensures easy pickup of tape or foam, with convenient replacement and low maintenance cost. Multi-head ultra-sensitive fiber sensors handle simultaneous peeling of single to multiple rows (up to 12 rows) of labels with different gaps; the vertical lift slide design sets platform height easily and accurately for successful peeling of different material thicknesses.
HD Touchscreen
The HD touchscreen displays all feeder production information, clean and intuitive. Common function keys are on the first screen; more extended settings appear in the background to meet different production needs. Touchscreen settings include tiered management permissions to minimize accidental parameter changes.
Super Wear-Resistant Rubber Roller
The super wear-resistant rubber roller with gear feeding solves both backing-paper slip feeding errors and roller wear issues. The diagonal-cut locking design and increased backing-paper-to-gear contact area make opening easy while ensuring safe, effective locking.
Mechanical Tension Shaft
Standard mechanical tension shaft with 76.2mm (3-inch) inner and 220mm outer diameter for easy loading and effective clamping; optional 152mm (6-inch) tension shaft assembly meets multi-diameter roll label requirements; an optional pay-off box structure is also available.
