Product Description
Stepper motors replace the cylinder drive of traditional feeders, and precision brass gears replace mechanical linkage transmission. Through power pickup contacts connected to a 24V safety supply, the masking sensor converts the placement machine's mechanical signal into electrical signals to control the feeder. Compatible with all HANWHA SM-series placement machine FEEDER platforms. No need to alter or damage original wiring; simple, safe and effective. It does not interfere with original feeder positions and can be used interchangeably.

Precision Advantages
Wide range of electronic material types. 8mm supports both paper and tape packaging, with one-click switching of 1mm/2mm/4mm pitches. One AREED 8mm electric feeder replaces three original 8mm feeders; one AREED 12mm feeder can replace both 12mm and 16mm feeders. The drive motor runs with smaller amplitude than cylinder pushing, reducing material offset caused by vibration. High-precision feeding gear with high-precision motor ensures every feed is accurate. The self-developed FEEDER calibration instrument captures X/Y coordinates of each feed to calculate CA\CP and CPK values for judging feed-precision consistency of each FEEDER.
Upgrade Advantages
Feeding speed: the self-developed control board algorithm is more scientific and reasonable; stepper motors with speed-up gears make FEEDER feeding speed exceed the SM feeder pickup limit. Line change speed: tape peeling from directly above with a built-in film storage chamber; batch line changes need no feeder disassembly; automatic chamber-open alert when full, truly enabling non-stop material change, improving line change efficiency by more than three times.
